Ethan joined Maffei Structural Engineering in 2022 after completing an MS in structural engineering at Stanford University and a BS in civil engineering at the City College of New York. Since joining the company, he has gotten involved in seismic evaluation projects. He has previous experience in the design of bridges and transportation facilities and is now interested in seismic design and the retrofit of existing buildings.
