Sania joined Maffei Structural Engineering in 2022 after graduating with a MS in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Since joining Sania has gotten involved in seismic evaluation projects and retrofit of existing buildings. She has prior experience in the design of anchorages and utility lines as well as research experience in FRP and concrete materials. She also brings the team experience in project management and site work. Sania aims to help make our built environment more sustainable and economical, while also focusing on aesthetics.
