Tracy has over 2 years of broad experience in structural engineering projects, including new building design, seismic retrofit and evaluation, nonlinear response-history analysis and modeling, as well as rooftop solar array analysis. She has developed a specialty in structural life cycle analysis and sustainability reports for new building design. Tracy has taken active roles in professional organizations, including the Structural Engineering Association of Northern California (SEAONC), the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA), and the Indonesian Civil Engineering Society of North America (ICESNA). A hard working, meticulous, and organized engineer, Tracy hopes to continue bringing sustainable practices and innovative ideas into the built environment. She earned a Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and she obtained her California PE license in 2025.
