Ethan joined Maffei Structural Engineering in 2022 after earning an MS in structural engineering from Stanford University and a BS in civil engineering from the City College of New York. Since then, he has taken an active role in seismic evaluation projects. He previously designed bridges and transportation facilities and now focuses on seismic design and the retrofit of existing buildings.
